Deductive Reasoning:
If CISA (under Biden's regime) has two members on their committee, both members worked as Executives at Twitter (at that time), James Baker III and Vijaya Gadde, then one could reason that these two executives had tremendous pull to make sure certain topics were not exposed. Posts on topics to include, but not limited to, Hunter Biden Laptop and it's contents, Covid Scam, Vaccine effects, Big Pharma crimes, and Election Fraud, the world could not get the complete truth. Therefore, it's the Biden Administration (via CISA) that has control over Twitter to manipulate and censor the content that has led to a Stolen Election that resulted in a communistic country with a dictator style president, mandating biological weapons to the people which is a major Crime Against Humanity!

Now as we wait for the Fauci Files on Twitter, this could prove that Twitter's censorship, under Yoel, Baker and Gadde led to deaths!
